actually by the time my sponsor told me that they had insufficient funds my game had already legally been given them and now i cant reproduce it on any web site or i face other legal problems.
So they did pay you, but not all of the agreed amount.. thats sad, if they didn't pay you anything and the work/ideas/art is all yours you still own creative copyright unless u singed it away for nothing... try get it back, i would =) goodluck
